A typical hot-air seam sealing machine consists of a frame, speed-reducing transmission mechanism, sealing and printing mechanism, conveying device, and electrical/electronic control system.

Operating Procedure for Hot Air Sealing Machines:

Upon powering on, all mechanisms activate. Electric heating elements energize and rapidly heat the upper and lower heating blocks, which are then regulated to the required temperature via the temperature control system. The embossing wheel rotates, and the cooling system activates as needed. The conveyor belt begins operation and is adjusted to the desired speed by the speed control device.

When a packaged item is placed on the conveyor belt, the bag's sealing section is automatically guided between two moving sealing bars and enters the heating zone. Heat from the heating blocks is transferred through the sealing bars to the bag's sealing section, softening the film. The bag then passes through the cooling zone, where the film surface temperature is appropriately reduced. Subsequently, the bag is rolled over embossing wheels (or printing wheels), causing the upper and lower plastic films at the sealing section to adhere and form a mesh pattern (or printed mark). Finally, the sealed packaging bag is guided out of the machine by a rubber guide belt and conveyor belt, completing the sealing operation.
